Baby Brassiere 0-5 years Drop in
Cafe style group with info and support for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers as well as social chat with other breastfeeding mums. Older siblings welcome. Breastfeeding Baby Shower every eight weeks. Joint with NHS 0-19 team.
Childminders Drop in
Run by childminders for childminders in Shefford and surrounding villages.
Best Start postnatal course newborn Booking required
For new parents covering sleep, routines, safety, feeding and development. Book with health visitor.
Picnics Drop in
Bring your own picnic, we’ll bring toys and tunnels
Me Too 0-5 years Drop in
Chill out and chat. Grab some me time. For all parents, including those with twins or a child with special needs. Bring your children or come alone – they’ll be toys to keep them busy
Breakfast Cafe 0-5 years Drop in
Join us for breakfast. Enjoy toast and a cuppa while the children play. Meet the children’s centre team.
RAVE bus 0-6 years Drop in
Hop on board to play, have a cuppa, meet the children’s centre team and find out what we do.
Messy Play Roadshow 0-5 years Drop in
Play and explore with paint, water, shaving foam, custard, spaghetti ... Come prepared to get messy! Baby corner, snack, tea & coffee. Suitable for children 0-5 years. Older siblings welcome in holidays.
Little Explorers 5 mths-walking Drop in
For older babies. Play and chat. Activity or information focus each week.
Bumps & Babies bump-7mth Drop in
For pregnant women and parents with non moving babies. Tea & chat. Activity or focus each week.
Buggy Walk 0-5 years Drop in
Enjoy a 50 minute walk followed by refreshments and play. Meet at the children’s centre.
Rhyme Time 0-5 years Drop in
Songs and rhymes, snack and refreshments.
Baby Massage 2-7 months Booking required
Six week course for mum &/or dad and babies 8 weeks - 5 months. Helps with colic & settling. Oils provided.
Action Dads 0-8 years Drop in
Active play for children 0-8 and their dads, grandads, or male carers. Snack, games, construction, coffee.
